Terms & conditions

  • Reservations. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after reconfirmation by our reservations team over phone or email.
  • Check-in & check-out. Check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Cancellation. Complimentary cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in attract one night's tariff.
  • Payments. Tariff is payable at the front desk by cash, UPI or major cards. Peak-season bookings may require a one-night advance.
  • Identification. A valid government photo ID is required at check-in for all guests, as per government regulations.
  • Children & extra beds. Children below 5 years stay complimentary. Extra beds are available at the tariff listed above.
